产品介绍：抗磷酸酪氨酸抗体的出现是信号转导研究中的重要事件之一。在该抗体出现之前，通过危险和耗时的放射性实验研究蛋白和酶的酪氨酰磷酸化。该抗体可以在WB, IP, IHC等实验中使用，也直接用于细胞裂解物，以检测酪氨酸磷酸化水平在各种反应中的总体变化。4G10是phosphotyrosine检测的金标抗体。
