圆管抛光机机组设备

 圆管抛光机是对圆形金属管材进行表面抛光和拉丝的专业设备，经过抛光后的管材表面可以达到镜面效果。

圆管抛光机的机组构成/The composition of the tube polishing machine：

抛光机组由上料架、抛光机、下料架等3部分组成。上料架负责将待抛光的管材放置好，然后向抛光机组送料。抛光机组主要是对管材进行外表面进行抛光，通过抛光轮和抛光蜡的结合，是管材表面达到镜面效果。下料架就是负责将抛光后的管材进行集中收集，然后打包。

圆管抛光机工作原理/Working principle of tube polishing machine：

管材进入抛光机组后，下方由托板顶起，防止管材掉落，胶轮具有一定的斜角角度，同时由电机带动转动，方便管材在抛光过程中行进。抛光轮安装在打磨筒的筒轴上，由电机驱动转动，通过调节杆进行前后调节，对管材进行表面打磨。
